please help Kathy walk again

Hi we are in North Carolina, we want to relocate to our home state Penna. My wife needs cartlage in her knees
,  the medical field has let her down She has Rheumatoid Arthuritis all through her body, she  also  has diabetes , her condition is very slowly improving however, she was just in hospital due to  no pain  meds.to help keep her sugars down.,

I about lost her!! She had her pain meds she cold have controled her sugars, she IS UNABLE STAND OR TO WALK due to neglect of the specialists, she had a doctor BUT WAS REJECTED TREATMENT BECAUSE SHE HAD CATS!!  THE NEXT ONE rejected her  due to not being able to make her one appointment, I had informed them of  my transmission went out. They cared less,  Her knees are bone to bone, grinding, with diabetes , neupathy, little feeling inn her feet, her hair is thinning, she is totally disabled, she is a bit obese due to the fighting  of the issues she is facing, the obesity has nothing at all due to her eating, or exercise, this lady does not sit around,persay, she can not stand, ok , many look over this and do not allow this to sink in their minds,, SheI have found a cure but need help getting it. A powder which I found on the web that will regenerate the cartlieg , I found the doctors do not want this known!! we are at Yahweh's grace however I done research and found a possible cure, the doctors "claim" there is none! They are wrong, useing her as a cash cow,  I'm asking for your donation of funds, I have rebuilt our car, it is up and running enough to do what I need so far,  an update  the holy Spirit moved on a neighbor who , she told me she was told to let us have her car she had sitting in her yard! I was allowed to pay it off while I drove it to work and such!!! what a blessing, I praise Yahweh. Yes we am not part of a cult.
