Custody to save my 7 year old!!

My beautiful son was born July 24th 2007. Since he was 6 months old I have struggled with his mother's constant neglect for him and her continuing problems with alcoholism, partying, and instability. Although she is a felon and constantly violates, by state of Florida standards I basically have no rights and have struggled to take her rights over and over. In order to do anything the state of Florida requires I pay to file and retain a lawyer to fight again for custody regardless of DCF removal from her and placement with me. If I had the money I would spend every dime to make sure my son is safe but because of life's circumstances and caring for him on my own I cannot afford it. We were unfortunatly recently on the news all over Florida with her newest drunken incident when I was forced to allow a visitation and had no right to keep him from her. She left him at the movies and forgot all about him, never returning for him. (news video linked in) I am grateful my son is ok, I found out and was able to pick him up right away, however this has gotten so out of control I have to stop it. DCF says I must spend the money to get him completely, even though the mother is incarcerated on charges of child neglect and violation of probation on criminal mischief, I have to get a lawyer because with this states "mother's right" laws she is still able to somehow fight me for custody from jail. I have no criminal record, a steady-stable job, home, and life. He has always been with me and only known stability when he's with me. Although it seems like a no-brainer, DCF will not completely remove her rights regardless of any situation because she is the mother. PLEASE HELP I NEED TO SAVE MY SON!! This fund is for a lawyer for the custody, its a sure win I just need a great lawyer. I will also link this to another fund for the custody filing fees as they are outrageously high.
