Grave Marker for our dad

My father John Jackson was a man who would not give up. He have many battles in life. In 1980's he was in a horrific car accident that cause him to be paralyzed. Over time he fought that battle and with power of prayer and determination he was able to walk again with crutches and or cain for many years. He then discovered he had cancer, and he lost that battle July 30, 2014. 

The cemetary where we had him laid to rest, mislead us on procedures and rules ,they were so rude and nasty to us, so we decided to order his marker from another company, just to find out when it arrived the cemetary wouldnt accept it.  

My dad deserves a marker , unfortunelty none of us can afford to get him that.  Please help us be able to finally put a marker on his grave and have closure.
