A Little About Us:

We are a married couple from New York's North Country living in Brooklyn/NYC. We make our living busking and playing gigs around New York City. We play a mash up of folk-americana, bluegrass, old time mountain music with a big influence from 60's-70's classic rock'n'roll--We call our genre "Old Time Rock n' Soul.

Sticking to traditional Jug-Band roots, we play homemade and modified instruments. Thomas plays Banjo, Banjote and foot percusion with a homemade suitcase he built into a drum. Jaime plays a homemade Double Banjo Bass/Stand Up BB and homemade suitcase snare. Our songs are inspired by nature, folk tales, love, and life experiences. With a sound that's hard to put a name on, we pour our heart and soul into every note.

As alot of you may know, we have recently uploaded a video to our YouTube page that went viral--we have hit almost 7 million views!

Because of the exposure from the video, our music has reached people worldwide and we are so grateful and excitied to be connecting with so many new fans!

We have been so busy lately answering emails/comments etc. and receiving offers for playing festivals/gigs throught the U.S., Canada, and the UK; others asking for more recordings....we have come to realize that the equiptment we have been using thus far is just simply inadequate for the level we are moving towards. As Jaime's instrument is homemade and there are a few improvements we would like to make, Tom has been playing an introduction level beginner banjo and this will not hold up to the amount of playing he does for hours everyday.

All donations will go towards the following:

- New banjo for Tom

- Materials to update Jaime's Banjo Bass

- Stage Quality PickUps for live shows (both banjos)

- Upgrade Live Performace Equipment (Zoom R16, Mics)

- Recording Equipment (Computer, Programs, Mics etc.)

- Studio Mastering

- Merchandise Production/Supplies

- Tour Vehicle (Van)

No donation is too small and we are hoping with a little help from our family, friends and fans that we can keep up the momentum--keep spreading our passion for music and bring our performance to the next level!  We want to give you beautiful crystal clear studio recordings, a new cd, and to perform in a city near you!
