A few minutes after the ball dropped on New Year's, black smoke was noticed coming from the garage. There was just enough time to evacuate the people in the home but not enough time to stop the fire from spreading and completely distroying the home of my friend, Janey and her family. She lost everything in this fire. All the memories ever collected, furniture, clothing, cars, all the toys of her 5year old son, everything.
