Humanitarian Trip to India
Help me make two of my dreams come true:
1-Go to India;
2-Take part in a humanitarian trip.
As cliché as this may sound, we were only given one life, one chance to make the most of it and because life is so short, I want to make my life count. I want to accomplish as much as I can. I want to try, experiment and learn new things; I want to go on trips and adventures; I want to give back as much as I can, I want to realize my dreams. Cliché, yes, I know, but I still want to do all of that and going to India for me is all of that. If you want to help me, please donate and I will be forever grateful to you.
Facts:
When: From August 20th to August 31st, 2015
Where: Mainly in the Northeast of India in a town called Siliguri with stops in Mumbai and Nepal.
What:
Day camp with local children: (orphans, street children/ homeless children);
Manual work in and around the school and the orphanage;
Distribution of bags of rice, food, clothing and toys to local families.
The money will be used to finance the trip, the costs of the two VISAs (India and Nepal), the vaccines and medications, transportation and certain travel necessities.
