Jean's Farm Global Village Building
Donation protected
Jean's Farm serves as a connecting place for children and nature, for teachers and permaculture education, and for visitors and global exchange. At a time when deeper cross-cultural connections are essential to strengthening the social fabric that unites people around the world, the community-building work at Jean's Farm embraces the spirit and design of such change.
As a part of the City Repair Project's Village Building Convergence, the focus of this year's project work at Jeans Farm aims to complete a 5-year outdoor kitchen building project and to build a torii gate at the farm's enterance that will honor the spirit of the land and its connection to the spirit of all guests to the land.
Your contributions will directly support the project work; specifically the material costs of building (which re hugely offset by using our own timber from on-site and finding reused materials whenever possible) as well as travel and labor expenses of project experts/communty teachers.
With your help, we will strentghen the connectivity of the global network of changemakers and through a celebration of our unique cultures and traditions, we will keep them alive and intact.
