On May, 14 2015 the world lost a great man in Jay Sisk, after his battle with cancer. Jay was a caring and giving man and he touched the hearts of so many people. Jay's life was filled with many acts of kindness for others. He was the ultimate example of a great husband, father, and friend.
He and his family have been through such a battle over the last 2 years. In the memory of Jay let us give back to his wife Debby and their two daughters Savannah and Allison. We can help minimize some of the stress and giant costs that are associated with losing a loved one through cancer.
Donations will be given to Debby, Savannah, and Allison to help pay for some of the hospital bills, funeral costs, and whatever they need to help get them back on their feet again.
