Help for Jasper

Jasper is a 15 year boy who has been locked in his body all his life. Although he understands everything, the only way he can communicate is by smiling. His smile is the only control he has over his body. Even so, he smiles a lot.
Evaluation shows he has above average intelligence, but his dystonic cerebral palsy prevents him from speaking or communicating in other ways.
We are trying to raise funds to 1. ) make improvements to his wheelchair, which isn't comfortable for him any more due to severe scoliosis 2.) to pay for his transport van, because the payments are a serious burden to his family, and 3.) install a therapy tub, so he can get some relief --and fun --on a daily basis.
