JADES REHABILITATION

7mth ago jade aged 16 was a healthy sports fanatic  wigan athletic goalkeeper , dancer and drama student . who raised money for charities such as Alzheimer's.  she had a sport coaching career ahead of her , her world was mapped out  and a genuine fun loving and caring girl. we received a call whilst she was away doing a charity project saying she had banged her head. Since then she has been unable to use her legs which dont respond to brain signals correctly, she also had memory loss and sensory issues which doesnt respond to her brain signals. After raising money for rehab and physio and jade finally being able to walk dance and run again, we was on our way home from rehab when a car collided into the back of us on the m60. Jade was took to hospital and is unable to feel her legs and weightbear. Completely devastating after the last 7 mths have been all about learning to walk again, she now due to no fault of her own is fighting to get back to neuro rehab We are raising money  for intensive residential neuro rehabilitation based in sheffield . NHS unfortuneatly do not have the budget or funds to provide intensive physio to get her back to where she was 1 week ago x
