Building Confidence in Young Women

In todays society girls and young women often lack confidence and feel ashamed of who they are. In order to change the mindset of those young women, a teacher from San Bernardino High School, Michelle Rogers, has spent her time and money to set up events that show girls they should be confident in who they are, instead of trying to change into who society 'thinks' they should be. This summer from June 20th thru July 18th I will be biking from the Canadian border to the Mexican border. In doing so I hope to raise awareness of this growing problem, as well as raise money to help expand the efforts of building confidence in young women everywhere.
