Steve (Ruby) Cupp wheelchair accessories

As many of you know Steve (Ruby) Cupp has M.S. He is confined to a wheelchair 100% of the time. The electric wheelchair he is getting from Medicaid is not compatible with Sherry and Steve's handicap van. They need over $2000 to make it safe for Steve to ride in the van to doctor appointments, social gatherings and family functions.
