Breast removal surgery

Donation protected

Hello there, my new name is Luke. I'm a 25 year old Female-to-Male Transgender that recently relocated to Memphis, TN.

I'll get right to the point; I'm humbly requesting help in helping me achieve my goal of a breast removal, plus associated costs of recovery and after visit care. I've not had an 'official' consultation yet, but based on online research, $6,000 seems to be an average price. However the additional $1,500 would be for my at-home care, and any additional fees or surprise problems.

The reason for my decision to remove my breasts is body image, degrading spine, gender identity, and my mental health. I absolutely hate them, how they look, and how they make me feel. I've despised them since I entered puberty. They do not feel natural on my body, at all. I hate them, I absolutely do. If there were a sequence of words available in the english language to properly relay to you just how much I hate them, I would use it. I feel lost in my own body when I see myself in the mirror.

As a result of this hatred I have been using a medical Nylon binder marketed to the FtM community to compress my chest to almost nothing for the last two years. I purposely bought one a size too small with the intention of hiding as much as my bust as I feasibly could. As a result of this year long journey, my binder has stretched out, and soon I will have to order a replacement. When I wear my binder I finally see the person in the mirror that I see in my mind, and that involves a future without my breasts. However recently my binders have caused health issues, and i'm not sure how much longer I can wear them. I want to have this surgery.

I've not gotten much support from my immediate family or prior partners (The ones that know/knew my struggle). I'm told I should be happy, and live in the body I was given at birth. Unfortunately, I can not, and will not abide by their standards if it means ignoring what I really want and how I really feel.

Unfortunately I can't offer much in the way of 'perks' for donating should you choose to do so, aside my absolute gratitude. I am an artist by hobby, and if you really wanted to request my services for anything, i'd be happy to oblige, however my portfolio is frankly harshly limited to anthropormorphic animals at best. However I do my best with what I have, so I have at least -something- to offer as incentive I suppose, if you so choose.

Every little bit helps, it really does. I ask if you can't donate, at minimum spread the word. It means just as much to me as reaching my goal of finally being truly happy in the body I have, and that science now gives me the ability to change into my preferred image.

Thank-you,

Lucas [Mander] M.
