Medical Issues And Help At Home

Hello, my name is Michael Rhodes. I am trying to get help to get treatment for my heart condition. I have cardiomyopathy and congestive heart failure. I have recently had to get hearing aids as well which ran up a 3400 Doctor bill after that I found a pre cancerous polyp that had to be removed then I had to go into for a upper gi testing I hate to ask others for help but with all the funds for the doctor and now the mint I lost with the cancellation of my wedding that I had to pay for I am in dire straits also if you don't want to give any funds here you can give it to Bishop Bonzo at the Terraview Ward in Pullman Washington lds church and he can then get funds to me and it will be easier for some to donate if at all possible as of now my total funds are at zero. Also I have a trip to Salt Lake City in November for my heart condition. I would like this moment to thank all that have helped me and god bless even if you can't just saying a prayer
