Christmas miracle

I had the blessing of raising my 2 year old daughter without sending her to day care since we have a Fitness studio and she is with me all day until my wife comes home. This last year was tough and I am behind on rent, they will shut me down December 31st if I don't put rent current. I have a second baby on the way and I don't want to lose the business I create with so much effort, sweat and debt. I know January will pick up but I need a miracle by December 31st.
