Missions Trip to Peru

Greetings Friends and Family! I am pleased to announce that on the 19th of May 2015 I will be leaving the country on a missions trip to Peru for 12 days and am very excited as this will be my 3rd trip overseas to be God’s hands and feet!
My team and I have the unique opportunity to work with Heart in Action and Generacion that specialize in spreading the gospel of Christ to children in poverty stricken areas and have hands on involvement with young children involved or at risk of sex trafficking, work exploitation, and those mistreated by local authorities. Sharing the gospel of Jesus is not just about winning souls to Christ, or rescuing them from the power of the enemy, but also about making disciples. Matthew 28:19 states “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Discipleship is important in that it allows the work to continue even after the disciples have left. I am so enthused for this opportunity to serve God’s children that lie ahead. Hopefully, you see the value in what I am embarking upon and all that will be accomplished. As you can imagine, a trip of this magnitude requires financial support from a number of people. I need to raise $2,400 BY April 1st. While your financial contribution is of necessity and would greatly be appreciated, it runs second to your prayers. I truly believe in the power of prayer. Prayer is the fuel that will allow us to be successful as we follow God's leading in ministry in this country.
Although you may not be able to join me on this life changing experience, your financial and prayerful contributions allow you to be just as much a part of this mission as I am. With much appreciativeness, I thank you in advance for however you choose to support me!
