IKHey folks! Hope you're staying warm this holiday season!
I have a friend whom is in dire need. Although she works full time, the bills are more than she can handle right now. Unfortunately her furnace quit (they never seem to do that in the summer!) and needed repairs. It came down to paying the bills or paying for repairs. Ya it's cold out side, so repairs it was. So now she's in a quandary of needing to pay a propane bill & hydro bill as well and isn't even sure she can put food on the table for herself, daughter & granddaughter.
It's Christmas and no one should have to worry about not having food in the house, no heat or hydro.
It really broke my heart to see her so distraught. I'd gladly pay it all my self but I really don't have all she needs.
I was hoping to raise a little to help out, maybe this is an opportunity to pay it forward for a few of you.
No amount is too small.
Everyone whom donates to this fund, will have their name go in a draw for a birthday cake (local Ottawa area) or a batch of Urban Legend (or preference) cookies.
