Surgery for Dakota

My baby girl Dakota is only 9 months and needs surgery but I, myself was recently in a bad car accident while we are having to pay hospital bills, so we can't afford to help her. However she can barely walk so I'm here asking for donations to help raise money for her. She needs surgery on both of her hind legs due to a birth defect. Please help.
