I want my comics back

In November of 2017, my business partner locked me out of our online publishing business by changing all the passwords and access rights. I have tried to contact him on many occasions for an explanation and to ask him to let me back in. So far he hasn't replied, as he lives in Ukraine I can't go and see him face to face. I think I've been patient long enough, it's time to take action.

When he locked me out, he also removed from sale all the comic books I'd written. As the publication rights are currently with the company, I need to get back control to get them re-published.

Luckily, the company is registered in the UK under British law, so I can take legal action through the courts. I need funds to do this, as I have been working on the business for two years with very little income.

I will use any donations to fund my legal action. This should be quite straight forward, as my partner has broken several clauses of our signed partnership agreement and has basically abandoned the business. 

If there's any money left over I will use it to re-launch my comic books, and after that I will donate any remainder to someone in a similar position.

Anyone who's had or is trying to get their work published will probably know how I feel.
