Hello everyone! My name is Leah, I'm 27 years old, and from a small town in Missouri. I've spent nearly a decade pursuing my dream of transitioning from male to female, with large portions of my journey devoid of support. Despite this, I've came an extraordinarily far way from where I first began, and I have no shortage of people to thank! I have been on hormones for eight years, and at this point in my adult life, I'm going to take a chance, and put my fate up to the GoFundMe community to help complete some key milestones in my transition! 

The two most noticeable traits of mine that read as masculine are my Adam's apple and my bust. The purpose of this GoFundMe is to help fund a tracheal shave and breast augmentation. Passing is extremely important to me, especially in a state such as Missouri. Any additional funds would go toward my schooling, hormone replacement therapy, and if I have suffecient funds I would also pursue very minor facial feminization surgery. 

My top prioties are removing my adam's apple and breast augmentation to equate to what I would have had if I were naturally born female. 

Any help you could possibly spare would be immensely appreciated! I work seven shifts a week with 13 hours of school, and even so, I have no hope of achieving these goals on my own. I appreciate your time and kindess!!
