International Health Outreach (IHO) was started 3 years ago because of a request made during a tragedy that brought two families from different lands together. That chance meeting has led to hundreds of children and adults being given desperately needed advanced dental care in remote areas of Belize, Central America.
From IHO's (www.Internationalhealthoutreach.org) beginning, we have been blessed with donations of both equipment, funds and many great volunteers that have helped us to this point. IHO has out grown our current inventory of make shift and patch worked equipment. We are urgently in need of updating and upgrading to keep up with the needs of both the people of Belize and our volunteers. IHO is asking for help in raising the funds to purchase the following needed equipment:
Portable Dental Chairs x 10
New Air compressors
Updated Dental Units x 10
Power Generator
New Piezo Scalers x 8
20ft Enclosed Trailer for transporting and storage
Misc hand instruments and supplies
Nomad/Biox Portable Dental x-ray
