Remembering Lydia

I want to start off by saying thank you for visiting the page, it means a great deal to us that you take the time to review Lydia's story.
I am Brianna Stokes and Lydia is my mother-in-law without the marriage ties. Lydia has been a part of my family for over 10 years now, and we would do anything in our power to help her. She is a loving mother mother to two young men Danny and Eric, and even more proud to say she is a wonderful grandmother to Aiden (7) and Zaydan(5).
A little over 2 years ago Lydia was diagnosed with breast cancer, and alothough it came as a shock to everyone she fought and continued to fight. It was aggressive, but she neve gave up. Things were looking up until about a month ago when we found out that the cancer has now gone to her brain and other parts of her body. She has gone through her first round of radiation to the brain and is undergoing chemotherapy as well.
Lydia is a hard working invidividual who has always been the one tking care of others, not being able to work is not something that comes easy for her. Asking for help is not something that comes easy, which is why I have taken on this project to help raise money for Lydia to ensure she is taken care of and her medical needs are not restricted becauseof money. With the new year approaching her deductible and out of pocket will reset which is a total of $5,250.00.
We just want Lydia to live the life she wants to live and be happy, happiness is what she deserves.
