Found my long lost sister

When I was 6 weeks old I was adopted.  I grew up with a nice family but always had a longing desire to find those biological roots.  When I was 21 I had some contact with my biological mother, her sister, and their mother.  Then they told me that I couldn't have contact with my biological mother for a while because it was causing problems with her husband.  I was also told that her other children could not be told about me until they reached the age of 21.  I respeccted that and waited.  Now, 19 years have passed.  Long past the time that her youngest child reached 21.  So, I decided to reach out again.  This time I had much better luck, and much worse luck. 
As things turned out, I was lied to.  My biological mother's husband knows nothing about me and she wants to keep it that way.  My biological brothers don't want anything to do with me either.  But I have a little sister that wants to meet me!  I am now 40 years old and this is something that I have been hoping for, for as long as I can remember.  I am OK with knowing that the others don't want to know me.  I can respect that, after all they didn't know I exsisted until a few days ago.  But my baby sister wants to know me.  She has invited me over to stay at her place for a week.  But I need a plane ticket and a little spending cash.  My husband is retired and we live off a small pension and almost everything goes back into fixing up our home. 
I need to make the trip soon to meet her as she is considering joining the military.  I also can't go visit her in the winter as I have no winter clothes. I just want the chance to get to know my baby sister and give her a hug.  We already have so much in common and we look a lot alike.  Even more, my daughter looks almost just like her.  This would be a dream come true for me, to meet at least one person from my biological family.  Thank you.
