Therapy garden for 11 year old quad girl

I am trying to raise money to make a therapy garden for my little sister. She is 11 years old and paralyzed from the neck down. Currently she has no where outside to play. I am wanting to make a sidewalk from the front of the house to the back. And on the back there will be a concrete area with a wheelchair swing, park bench, shade tree, and small goldfish pond with a fountain. And of course. Plants. It's a garden. Right? That's my goal.
