Victim of Carlton Complex Fire

My cousin Gail Leader Johnson and her family are Carlton Complex Fire victims. FEMA has declared they will not help individuals. Gail is single mom with part-time job. They lost everything. Their home was a 4-generation home. The property is in her deceased mothers name. My goal is to raise enough money to get the property in her name. That way she can get permit to build when she is able. Thank you
