Hope for Nancy
Our wife, mama and grandmama, Nancy Harris, was diagnosed with Stage II Breast Cancer in April 2014. Her fight against this dreadful disease has been a struggle and left it's toll on her body, but not on her mind and spirit. Nancy wants to go back to her home, take rides out to enjoy the fall colors, and take trips to the beach and mountains that she loves so much. We're asking for your help to give her back the quality of life she so enjoyed. We need to rent/purchase mobility solutions, and also need to hire quality around the clock care so that her husband, Bobbie, and her children, Patrick, Greg and me, can step back from 24/7 caregiving and simply enjoy every minute of time spent by her side. This picture of Nancy with all six of her grandchildren was taken in May 2014, just before beginning treatment meant to cure her disease. It was taken at Hanging Rock State Park during a 2 night camping trip with our entire family. It's difficult to witness her journey from someone who was so actively involved with her family, friends, church and community. We have Hope for Nancy and are graciously asking for you to give back to her for all the generosity she has provided you through all these years.
