Struggling to stay afloat.

I am Christina, 31,  a wife, and a mother of 2, a 5year old and 1 year old. My husband,35, has severe Crohn's disease which has almost taken his life on a few different occasions including on the day our daughter was born when he was put in ICU and had to have a 2nd emergency surgery.  he had also gone through a 3rd surgery 1 1/2 weeks later. Even after all this plus other surgeries he still suffers on a daily basis. Due to his condition he has been unable to work which has caused us to have medical bills and debt. I work as a home healthcare aide but we just don't seem to be getting anywhere. Any help is appreciated. The picture we chose to post is a picture of my husband still in the hospital after our daughter was born. He still has more upcoming surgeries and his battle with Crohn's is everyday. He is getting vitman b shots and taking steroids for it. He has tried Humara but it didn't work. There is no cure for it yet.  If you have any doubts about the legitness of this email me I have lots more photos.
