Please Help Save our Nala

(The picture shown above was taken on the 24th of April of Nala weighing 73 pounds)This is our Nala Bear. She is the princess of our pack. She is the sweetest and kindest pitbull/mastiff mix you will ever meet. She is turning just 6 years old on June 1st. She has developed arthritis in her spine and knees, which can be controlled with diet and excercise. However she is in terrible pain due to a torn ACL in both legs. The pain is so horrible that she constantly screams. The humane thing to do would be to relieve her from her pain. However, just when we think there is no hope for her recovery, she'll surprises us all and get up to walk with no problem.
We have maxed out 3 different Care credit cards on her vet bills and medications, our resources are running thin. The vet tells us that she will suffer unless she has surgery on both knees. Between the procedure and therapy, we are looking at a costly bill of $7,000.
We think she is fighting for herself. Please help us fight for her too. She deserves all the help in the world.
And this picture, was taken about a year and a half ago, before she developed arthritis and tore her ACL weighing her normal, healthy 90 pounds.This is our Nala Bear with her partner-in-crime Sancho.
