Lawyer and Doctor for Neoma

My granddaughter's been hurt, badley. The trauma of abandonment and physical violation have scarred an innocent soul. Child Protective Services has failed to protect her and lawyer is need to get her put into protective custody, to a doctor and hire a Guardian Ad Litem to determine the best interests of the child. Any moneys left after the lawyer will go to medical expences including emotional counseling. Please help my granddaughter. Please.
