Milkweed was born off the hard working motors of its members cars. These small sturdy vehicles have transported us back and forth from gig to shining gig, stuffed with gear, sound equipment, and our ever growing love and commitment to playing music. It is our passion as well as our livelihood. We have now come to a crossroad. Our growth as a band has surpassed our expectations...and our cars. We are now in desperate need of a van. With four members, all of our instruments, sound equipment and amazing gigs promised all over the country, we now have to be able to drive long distances for weeks on end in order to bring the music of Milkweed to the world. We now humbly ask our ever growing and amazing community for their help and support in this endeavor. If we get a van, our dreams will suddenly have wheels and our futures wings. Please donate whatever you can and we promise to work as hard as we can to prove your investment worthwhile. And remember, no matter what, Milkweed Loves You!!!
