iPhone Lost - PLEASE HELP!!

I want to purchase a refurbished iPhone from AT&T but I do not have the money right now to do so.  I looked into other phones and they are all about the same cost.  Any help is greatly appreciated.. most people know what it's like to lose their phone.  It's not just the phone it is all my pics, contacts, and such.  I haven't backed up the phone in a while so I'm not sure how much I will get back from my computer. It is such a terrible inconvenience.  Also for everyone that is asking why can't I just get a regular phone... The regular phones are pretty much the same price   Thanks :)
