A great tragedy occurred  when Jon-Marc Chandler was unexpectedly taken from this world on October 3rd, 2017. Jon-Marc (36) was not only a loving, loyal husband to his wife, Branden, but also the most amazing and involved father to his two children Luke (8) and Ava (5). He was a decorated paramedic with Tri-Hospital, winning the Star of Life award for his skills and overall excellence in patient care in the State of Michigan this year. Between work, family gatherings, dance class, and soccer games, little time was left in each day for Jon-Marc, however he spent his remaining free time volunteering to help save lives as a member of the Fort Gratiot Fire Department. Over the years, he participated in several mission trips with his father, Hollis Chandler's church, helping to improve the quality of life for many in Africa. Jon-Marc was well-known and liked among his co-workers and community, always positive, joking, generous, and kind to all. With all of his acts of service, and all that he contributed to our lives, it is goes without saying that this unforgetable man is so loved by many, and will be forgotten by none. He will be deeply missed by family, friends, and his community forever.

Although loved ones tend to feel helpless in times of tragedy like these, the best support that we can offer Branden, Luke, Ava, and the rest of Jon-Marc's family is through your generous donations on this page.
