Help Fund Jubi's Endo Laparoscopy!

Hi everyone, my name is Jubi. For the last several years I've suffered from chronic pain and disability, and this winter I was diagnosed with what is likely endometriosis — an autoimmune disease with no cure affecting my uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries, and even my bladder and bowels. Diagnosis is a very difficult process for this disease, and even still it is considered uncertain until proven by laparoscopy, a minor surgical procedure done under anesthesia. To remove my endometriosis and live a life free of pain, I need to go under the knife as soon as this July/August.

My insurance is limited and will only pay so much of the surgical costs, so I've started this fund to cover my co-pays and additional costs as to not burden my family, and I am asking for your help.
