My parents need help! Medical issues...

Hi everyone!
To give a brief backstory of what is going on: In February of this year, my mom was experiencing intense hip pain. She went to the hospital, and after some x-rays, the doctors suddenly requested additional scans and tests. It turned out she has Stage IV Lung Cancer (NSCLC adenocarcinoma). This was devastating news for the family. We found out February 15th, 2014.
For so many years, my mother's only wish was to be a grandmother. And that became true on November 2nd, 2013 when I had my son. It seems so unfair that just a few short months after becoming a grandmother, she gets diagnosed with a terminal disease. When we heard of the news, my wife, son, and I uprooted our lives in Austin, TX to move to Tucson, AZ to spend as much time as possible with her.
When diagnosed, we found out the cancer had spread from the lungs to: liver, kidney, brain, bones (hip and spine). She has had radiation and a few rounds of chemotherapy thus far, and there have been some possible signs since then! After over a month in the hospital and weeks in a skilled nursing facility, she was able to return 'home'. But her home is currently my brother's house.
The reason I am creating this GoFundMe is because with all of the hospital visits, treatment visits, etc. my family has been hit hard financially. My father had to go on FMLA, as he is her primary caretaker. With that, he has missed countless days of work while staying with her in the hospital and during treatment. With this, they were unable to keep up with their mortgage payments, and the lender is beginning foreclosure process. All of their belongings are now in a self-storage unit, with their new home currently being a hospital bed and couch in my brother's living room. In addition to all of that, there are many looming medical bills that are stacking up.
I am hoping to offset some of their out-of-pocket medical costs, as well as allow them to get back on their feet in their own place, so there can be some sense of normalcy in their lives.
She is currently getting treatment at MD Anderson - Banner in Gilbert, AZ, which they have to commute from Tucson for treatment. (She is up there as of writing this, actually!) We are all remaining positive and hoping for the best outcome so she can spend as much time as possible with her grandson.
