Help brother in-arms: Nightstalkers

PLEASE consider helping this hero. He needs your help. He is a 28 year veteran of the US Marine Corps and US Army. Last year while deployed his wife began an affair. When he returned, and before she moved in with her new man, she emptied his bank account and had him kicked out of the house that he bought and continued to have to pay for. She has falsely accused him of a number of crimes, including rape, burglary and assault on a day he was out of town. If not for receipts, airport footage and flight manifests proving his innocence he would likely be locked up right now, and facing life in prison by a system that failed to properly investigate, rather take the word of an estranged wife and her boyfriend who is a Federal Law Enforcement Officer. Fortunately, Jack was out of town on last minute business.  Despite his innocence, his legal costs are mounting. Please help if you are able. Any small amount helps.
