Help us to complete restoration!

Help Kent Wells Sherman House, Inc. in downtown Kent, Ohio to complete the restoration of this historic 1858 house built by patriarch Zenas Kent for his daughter Frances and her husband George Wells! Kent Wells Sherman House, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit formed for the purpose of saving and restoring this historic 1858 house.
The top floor will be rented to two attorneys, the first floor will be public meeting/gallery space and the basement will be used as commercial rental space. An outdoor amphitheatre will grace the rear of the structure that will be available to the public for performance venues.
We need additional funding to complete this important project that has already begun to spark redevelopment of North Water Street in downtown Kent. Be a part of history and join us in our efforts to complete the historic preservation of this gracious 1858 Greek Revival house, and thank you in advance for your tax deductible contribution!
Please visit our web site at http://kwsh.org/ for more information on our project! Thank you!
