Attila Domos - "Around the World"
My name is Attila Domos, a T11/T12 paraplegic who lives in Pittsburgh, PA (USA). Despite suffering a paralyzing accident at the age of 25 (on Sept. 22nd of 1993, the same night my former band and I signed a recording contract), I'm planning a trip around the world, which includes my swimming of the Atlantic Ocean (from NY City to Portugal), handcycling across Eurpe, the Mid East and Asia, Kayaking the Pacific Ocean from Japan to Hawaii, from there to Los Angeles, and finishing by handcycling back to New York City, the original starting point.

This trip itself will take 4 to 5 years to complete. I suspect my swimming of the Atlantic Ocean will take a year to year and a half. The journey will require a support team, including a ship with full crew (from ship's captain, to a personal assistant), so I can stay focused on the daily 6 hours swims, and a team in an RV, as we travel from country to country.
I'm doing this for many reasons, but most importantly, to raise well over $100 million for many different charities. There are way too many legs to how all of this will be achieved, and for reason of over whelming the readers, I won't get into it, here. This IS a massive project, one that will take at least $10 million to launch, so I will need big-time investors to make it happen.
Since I'm out of the "planning" stage and now in the "implementing" stage, the first thing I need to do is get to Hollywood, to speak with reputable agencies, and find one that will fit this plan. I will have to be there for a couple of months, so I can talk with different agencies, with out rushing the process. I'll need the money for travel to/from LA, to rent a hotel room for the duration, need money for food, cab fare (to get around), and miscelaneous spending money.
Some people think I'm crazy for taking on such a HUGE challenge, but I'm OK with that. I don't allow the opinions of others to determine my goals and dreams. I'll be using every skill and talent I've aquiered through out my lifetime, to make "Around the World" happen. Won't you join me in getting this project fromt the drawing board to reality? Any help is appreciated.
