Urgent Family Crisis- please help!

I am an anonymous mother with two small children and a husband who has been laid off and has not found a job yet. I am in school, finishing up several last credits so I can find work. One of my children has special needs.
We are really short on money for diapers and food. We are late on electric and gas and are avoiding using heat because we cannot pay for it. The car insurance is past due and will be cancelled by next week. Rent is coming due at the end of this week. Also, we have prepaid cell phones because they are cheaper and they expire in two days. Without phones or a car, we cannot try to line up job interviews. My husband and I are panicking and completely, totally distraught.
If you can, please help. This is a truly temporary situation and my husband and I are both working very hard to get ourselves to a better place.
