Pictured above is the Gonzales family – Sara, Andy and their beautiful children - Eli (7 years) and Lexie (20 months).
On Friday, May 25, Andy experienced a severe headache which led him to the ER. After three surgeries attempting to stop multiple brain bleeds, Andy was unable to sustain the trauma. On the morning of Wednesday, May 30, Andy left to be in the arms of Jesus.
As a community, we are humbled by the opportunity to rally around this sweet family and uplift them in this unexpected loss. Sara will need our love and support in the coming months, but in the immediacy of her situation, we would like to offer financial assistance.
Andy was the primary financial provider for the family, and along with the deep personal loss of his life, this also leaves them in financial need. There are many medical expenses to cover, in addition to general life expenses as Sara will now need to work full time while parenting their two children on her own.
This incredible, faithful family has been crying out to God in their sorrow as they walk this hard road. But they have also been standing strong on the faith they have in our good God who does not leave us or forsake us in our time of need. I would like to be part of that story - of their story, and I invite you into it as well.
