Please help our family in need.

We are a small family of 5 and one dog. We have 3 kids, 2 boys and a girl, ages 13, 12, and 4.
3Recently things have gone from bad to worse. I am the only one working as my wife is disabled. She has too many things wrong to list but she suffers from eplipesy, PTSD, and spinal stenosis to name a few. I am working as a temp at a local company and can barely keep the rent paid. I suffer from unknown and undiagnoised seizures. All that is known is that they are random. It may be a day or a year inbetween them. Now working as a temp I do not have insurance so I can not see a doctor. I can not afford to buy my own insurance or I would. Now to top things off, my only form of transport is giving us major problems and as you can imagine I do not have the funds to get it repaired or to get a different and reliable vehicle. We have tried to get SSI for my wife but every time it gets denied. I have watched as she has seizures and cared for her for 4 years and counting. She is unable to drive or go to work. She stays home caring for our children and does the best she can. We just got married so now we have each other at the very least. Now the Christmas season is upon us, and again, we have few if no funds for this. It seems like we get futher behind the more we try. All I am trying to do is get enough funds to fix my jeep or get a better vehicle, and get Christmas for the kids. Please see it in your heart to help if you can.
