Help JT Get his Pro License

Hello, Friends and Fans! 

My name is JT "Grandma's Boy" Donaldson, and I am an aspiring professional fighter who competes out of Livermore, CA.  My ultimate goal is to fight in a big-league organization. I have been fighting for almost five years as an amateur. Within those five years, I had over 20 fights. Also, I ended up winning a national title, and I finished my amateur career being ranked #2 in the nation at 145lbs (ISCF) for MMA, and #3 for Muay Thai/Kickboxing (IKF). My professional debut is May 9th in Santa Clara, CA.

Now that I am turning pro, I need to obtain a license to compete from the California State Athletic Commission. This is a pricy ordeal (sometimes in the thousands). California requires an MRI, EKG, Neuro Exam, Opthalmologic Exam, as well as a full blood panel. I am insured. However, Kaiser will not let me use insurance to obtain a athletes license simply because of the sport that I am in. Because of this, I need your help! No donation is too small, and all help is greatly appreciated!
