Mon nom est Jean-Michel Lachance, je suis un cycliste canadien de la ville de Québec. J'ai débuté en cyclisme à l'adolescence et j'ai été complètement accroché depuis. Avec les années, j'ai réalisé qu'afin d'atteindre mes buts dans le sport, l'entraînement et la discipline ne suffisaient pas. Les opportunités doivent parfois être créées et surtout, savoir s'entourer des bonnes personnes est crucial. Je me dédie maintenant complètement au sport et à l'atteinte de mon plus grand objectif, une participation et une médaille aux jeux olympiques. My name is Jean-Michel Lachance and I am a Canadian cyclist out of Québec city. I started cycling as a teenager and have been completely hooked up since then. With the years, I realized that in order to achieve my goals in the sport, hard training and discipline was not enough. Opportunities have to be created and surrounding yourself with good support is crucial. I now dedicate myself fully to the sport and for my ultimate goal, a participation and a medal at the Olympic games. I invite you to follow me throughout this journey and if possible be part of my success !

All donations (minimum 5$) will receive an entry to win this beautiful oil painting from Quebec artist Pauline St-Laurent of the Fountain de Tourny in front of Quebec city parliament. Entitled "La Fontaine" this is a true one in a lifetime painting for any cycling fan. The draw will be done at the end of the fundraising.
