"October Sky - PRIDE Team - A STEM PBML Program
We are a group of 7th and 8th grade students learning Science, Technology, Engineering and Math skills (STEM) through rocketry.
Joining the Team America Rocketry Challenge (TARC), we began designing and building rockets with a little budget and big help from our teacher and parent mentors. Participation in National TARC gives us a chance to earn scholorships and make connections with some of the major companies working in enginnering fields.
We need money for transportation, to competition, and rocket building and launching supplies. Any amount given is GREATLY appreciated!
