GLSEN WA 25 Year Anniversary

Help GLSEN Washington State Raise $25,000 for our 25th year!

We strive to assure that each member of every school community is valued & respected regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity/expression. 

We connect people from all walks of life to achieve one goal - to actively end homophobia in schools.

GLSEN WA is a volunteer run organization, meaning every success we have is credited to the dedication of our amazing volunteers. We would not be able to acieve our mission without the passion for equality that underlies the thousands of volunteer hours that are committed each year. It is thanks to their leadership that we are able to do what we do:

1. Provide Safe Space Kits to any student or teacher in the state of Washington who requests one
2. Run the JumpStart program that connects students with their peers to fight inequality
3. Put on Summits, which provide the opportunity for students, educators, and professionals to recieve valuable training in everthing from emotional well being to sexual health
