Help with Gino's Medical Care

In early February, Gino Castro suffered a stroke due to a large clot in his cartoid artery. When this happened, Gino was home alone.
Fast forward a few weeks, and Gino is now in an out-patient facility receiving 24-hour care, and he will leave the facility on March 2nd. He will need 24-hour care for months to come as he recuperates. He has limited mobility and needs specialized equipment and handicap access in his home, which is currently not in place.
Carmella, Gino's daughter, and her fiance, Jessica, are relocating to Atlanta for the foreseeable future to make sure he receives the care he need. Jessica will be providing 24-hour care for Gino until they can figure out a long-term solution.
When a family member becomes ill, the last thing anyone wants to worry about is money. Unfortunately, Gino's children, Giovanni and Carmella, will have to pay for the majority of his care. To say the least, it's obvious how much Gino's kids, family, and friends care and have rallied around him. But we can do more.
Once Gino's health coverage runs out, his family will have to pay out-of-pocket for extensive physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy at home. Donations will help support these therapies.
If you know Gino, you know he is full of life and love for life. He is a fighter and will not let this set him back. Please help us to make sure he recieves the best care to keep on fighting.
If you're interested, here are some upcoming costs for Gino's medical care:
Twice weekly one-hour therapy sessions: $300/week ($1,200/month)
In-home care/week: $2,000/week ($8,000/month)
This does not include medications, food or any other costs for which Gino's children will be paying.
How else could I help?
Anyone who lives in the Atlanta area can also help by visiting Gino at home or sending meals once his diet is increased. He is currently on a pureed/honey thick liquid diet.
