Bag Beatdowns for Brains 2014

A few years ago, my grandmother passed away after a long downward spiral of battling Alzheimer's. In her wake, the disease left much destruction and heartache. In honor of her, and to create something good from the bad, I started the Bag Beatdowns for Brains event so my students and I could help raise funds for research to combat this devastating disease. All are welcome. Let's come together and do our best to help put a dent in the cost of researching a solution, prevention, or cure.
Bag Beatdowns for Brains is a Kickboxing style workout where each participant gets to unleash their frustrations by beating up a heavy bag with punches and kicks, slamming a throwing dummy, and knocking around a tractor tire with a sledgehammer. Followed up by some good eats prepared by a top chef!
