George's Medical Funds

As many of you know, we have built our business on strong family values, working to create a loving family oriented workplace.  When one of our team members experiences a rough time, the rest of us are there to offer support.  In times of need, we come together and help each other.  We treat our customers with the same caring attitude that we instill in our workplace.  That being said, we feel that we can share something with you and work together as a team to do something great for someone who really needs it.  This time we are in need of more help than any one person can offer.  One of our technicians was diagnosed with a recurring brain tumor in December.  He had to have it surgically removed with extremely short notice right before Christmas.  Since then, he has been through radiation, returned to work and is continuing Chemotherapy treatments as he works through the side effects.  We were working with a short crew through the winter months and our team has really come together to try and bridge the gap in order to give everyone the same accommodating service as we strive to provide.  George has a heart of gold and is extremely hard working and caring, especially when it comes to our customers and providing quality work and service.  He is one of those guys that misses lunch or stays late to make sure you get your car back as soon as possible, keeping you rolling down the road safely.  Though he missed nearly 4 months of work, life has had to go on like it does for everyone, even during such difficult times.  With no time to plan, George has taken a huge setback that was totally unexpected.  With months of no work, it has been very tough to keep up with the expenses that contribute to everyday life.  He is not only responsible for himself but for taking care of a family including his wife, two young sons, and two stepdaughters, which has been a huge stress and source of worry for him.  Luckily, we are able to provide health insurance for him and it cuts back majorly on the treatment expenses.  He was eager to return to work, but we needed to wait until it was safe for him to do so.  Financially, we have helped as much as we can, but we still have faith that there is more that we can do.  We are trying to put together a Go Fund Me account to help a man in our local community regain strength and beat this life changing experience.  Any donations that you find in your heart you would like to give will be accepted and truly appreciated.  In times of need, help from others can do so much for a person.  Not only financially, but emotionally and spiritually as well.  If you could share this cause with your family and friends, that would be wonderful.  Prayers, positive thoughts, notes, and encouragement are welcomed as well.  The larger support system someone has, the better chance there is of a full recovery.  We are not experienced in the business of fundraising, we just help good people where we can and ask that if you are in that position, that you consider joining our cause.  Thank you always for you friendship, business and time.  We hope that we always put forth our best effort to give you exceptional service, leaving you with a sense of trust and goodness when you leave here.  We wish that for our customers and our family here at Town & Country.

God Bless,
