Help Our Own

This is my precious Brother Ian who was sleeping rough and was found passed away on Incle Street Paisley at the back of Domino's. Myself and my mother and brother had no knowledge of where my brother was and if we knew, we would've been straight up to bring him home. We are absolutely devastated at what has happened to him.

I shared the pictures of him that someone sent days after his death on numerous Facebook pages to try and bring closure to myself and my family and it truly did help. The many posts that numerous people posted of them stopping to give him money, fags, food, drink and more importantly to us.. company has truly helped us through this dark time and we can't thank all these people enough! We will forever be in your debt! He truly wasn't your average Joe, he was one in a million and would've done anything for anyone!!

We've set this page up in my Brothers Memory and want to raise as much money as we can for people in the same situation as my brother and also to draw awareness to the families who are going through the same as what my mother and myself and brother went through and has now gone through and going through and hopefully prevent this happening to their loved ones and show them what and can happen.

Me and and my friends are doing a sleepover on the Glasgow streets on 8th December, and every penny raised is going to our own that are living on the streets and only them!! The money will be used for the purchase of sleeping bags for our Homeless in Glasgow who will be on the streets this Winter and also some money will be donated to A Helping Hand, Paisley, a group which is very close to my heart and was started because of what happened to my brother. They run a soup kitchen every Tuesday on Paisley's High Street for the Homeless and In need and are also doing a Boxing Day dinner in St Mirren Cathedral for our homeless and In need

I know times are hard but even 10p, whatever you can manage will go towards helping our people out there on the street and even possibly saving their life. If what has happened to my brother can help even one family/person then his death won't be in vain.

Many thanks and forever grateful
