Help me start Testosterone!

Hey Everyone!
My name is Parker and I’m a recently unemployed Pre-T transguy and full time student from Las Vegas and I’m in desperate need of HRT. My Insurance covers Gender reassignment but my insurance provider is accepted by less than 1% of medical providers in the Valley. There are no Gender Identity specialists for over 80 miles, and not having a car that makes it completely impossible to go to someone who knows how to treat me.
Not only is it necessary for me to start HRT for my own mental health, but I also suffer from a chronic condition that causes painful cysts inside my uterus and ovaries that is not only extremely painful, but also causes intense feelings of dysphoria and even suicidal thoughts and feelings. I’ve suffered from this chronic illness for over 6 years and been hospitalized 4 times for it, and one of my only treatment options is hormone therapy.
Using the resources available from the Las Vegas LGBT Center I found a Gender Identity and Hormone Therapy Specialist that does not accept insurance, just cash payments. I’ve spoken at length with one of their nurses and come to the conclusion that it would only be about $500.00 for me to start Testosterone.
That number breaks down like this:
First visit including seeing the doctor, discussing options and getting a prescription: $190
Filling prescription (Enough Testosterone and needles for 1 year): $150-$180
First in office Dosage and lesson on self injections: $75
Total= $445
This is not only incredibly achievable, but life changing for me, but because I am unemployed I can’t do it on my own.
