Hey everyone!
My name is Kinsey, and I am BRCA2 positive. Basically, I have a genetic mutation that gives me an extremely high risk for recurrant breast and ovarian cancer. I have elected to have prophylactic surgeries to greatly reduce my chances of having the horrible diseases that took my mom (pictured) away.
My bilateral mastectomy happened on Friday, November 7th , and it left melooking very different than the average bear. Namely, I don't have nipples (weird, right?)
This GoFundMe is to raise money for me to get some kick-ass mastectomy tattoos that I know will help me a whole lot emotionally and mentally. To help me feel better.
I set the goal at 1k just so I can be assured that my tattoos will be of the highest quality, however, any money left over will be donated to The American Cancer society to fund research into genetic cancers.
